Founded in 2006 and based in Waltham, MA, Quattro Wireless is lead by a team of seasoned executives with years of experience in the mobile, interactive advertising, and platform engineering. Quattro's external board members are Bob Davis (Highland Capital Partners), Brent Magid (Frank N. Magid Associates), and Andy Goldfarb (Globespan Capital Partners).
MANAGEMENT TEAM
Andrew Miller — Chief Executive Officer
Prior to co-founding Quattro, Andy was a member of the senior management team at m-Qube, where he served as SVP of Business Development & Strategy. While at m-Qube Andy was instrumental in setting strategy and driving revenue for what became North America's dominant mobile aggregator. m-Qube was acquired by VeriSign for $250 million in April of 2006.
Andy has also held the position as CEO of WatchPoint Media, an MIT Media Lab interactive TV spin-off, that was sold to Goldpocket/Tandberg Television in 2003.
Andy holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Union College.
Eswar Priyadarshan — Chief Technology Officer
Prior to co-founding Quattro, Eswar was the co-founder and CTO of m-Qube, Inc. While at m-Qube, Eswar led technology research and development. m-Qube was acquired by VeriSign for $250 million in April of 2006.
Eswar's previous positions include VP, Engineering at Open Market, Technical Lead at Adobe Systems, and various engineering positions with Sun Microsystems.
Eswar holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from Boston University. Eswar also serves as the Co-Chair of the m-Commerce Committee for the Mobile Marketing Association.
Joseph P. Grabmeier — Chief Financial Officer
Joe has over twenty years of experience in the areas of finance, operations, and administration. Most recently, Joe was the Chief Financial Officer with Arnold Worldwide where he was responsible for the financial management of a broad range of communications services, including traditional advertising, direct marketing, media planning, corporate communications, brand promotion, design, multimedia, interactive communications and public relations with billings in excess of $500 million.
Prior to Arnold, Joe held senior financial positions with four start-up companies where he gained extensive experience in developing and implementing business plans, building corporate infrastructure, raising capital, financial planning, and reporting and corporate governance. Joe was part of teams responsible for raising over $300 million in debt and equity, in addition to a succesful IPO.
Previous to Arnold, Joe spent six years with Ernst & Young where he earned his license to practice as a CPA and worked in the Entrepreneurial Services Group. There he managed audits and consulted to emerging and high growth businesses.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Lars Albright — Vice President of Business Development
At Quattro Lars leads Business Development and Publisher Sales. Lars' previous positions include Vice President of Media Account Management & Business Development at m-Qube (acquired by VeriSign in 2006). During his time at m-Qube/VeriSign, Lars focused on helping leading media companies create and implement successful mobile content initiatives.
Prior to m-Qube, Lars was co-founder and Vice President of Business Development of a San Francisco-based digital media software company. In addition, Lars worked as a financial analyst in investment banking at Montgomery Securities and for private equity firm Seaver Kent & Company (affiliate fund of Texas Pacific Group).
Lars received a Bachelor's degree from Harvard College and an M.BA. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Steven Rosenblatt — Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Advertising Sales at Quattro Wireless, Steven Rosenblatt is responsible for driving sales of Quattro's mobile ad network, GetMobileTM Premier.
Previously, Rosenblatt was vice president of sales for Maxim Digital, the Interactive Media, Mobile, and Broadband Division of Alpha Media Group Inc. He had been with Alpha Media (Formerly Dennis Publishing), publisher of Maxim and Blender magazines, since October 2003 where he helped build out the fast growing sales, operations and client services team. During Rosenblatt's tenure, Maxim Digital saw a four-fold increase in advertising revenue while working with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Verizon Wireless, and Anheuser Busch.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.

Jay Vadrevu — Vice President of Engineering
Jay has over 15 years of experience in the software industry delivering mission critical, large-scale enterprise solutions and has extensive expertise in building and integrating distributed teams in the US and India.
Prior to joining Quattro, Jay was the Chief Architect at mValent, a leading provider of application configuration management software to IT organizations, where he was responsible for developing integrated solutions for IT process automation and change management for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to mValent, Jay was a co-founder and Service Architect at PurchasingCenter.com / Excara, a provider of structured product content and catalog software solutions. Previous to PurchasingCenter.com, Jay was the lead engineer at Open Market.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Osmania University in India and Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
